Role & responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for Inquiries and convert them into sales and customer engagement
Convert leads into successful sales with persuasive and customer-focused communication
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs
Follow scripts and call handling protocols to maintain consistency and quality
Update call logs, lead status, and feedback accurately in the system
Resolve customer objections or queries effectively
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily and weekly goals
Attend training sessions and implement feedback to improve performance
Preferred candidate profile
Fluent in English and Hindi (both mandatory)
Strong communication and selling skills with the ability to drive high conversions
Flexible to work 9-hour shifts between 8 AM to 10 PM
Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and festivals (with comp-off benefit)
Target-driven,self-motivated, and team-oriented
Comfortable with Work from Office Sarjapura Road, Bangalore
