Job Description

Fly High Global Services & Technologies is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Executives to join our growing team. If you have good communication skills and enjoy helping customers, this is a great opportunity to start or build your career in the BPO industry.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Respond to customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a positive, solution-oriented approach.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department when required.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.
Achieve performance targets, including customer satisfaction, call handling time, and first-call resolution.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers are welcome to apply)
Basic Hindi and English communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
