Shift: Rotational shift with rotational week off

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹15,500 (In-hand, no deductions)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Associate to join our Chat Support team in Lucknow. In this role, you will handle customer queries efficiently and professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Graduation must be completed

- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
