Customer Care Executive

We are looking for a Cutomer Care Executive to join our team Excell Autovista Pvt. Ltd. to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries related to Automobile Indusrty. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of In Hand Salary and opportunities for growth.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Minimum Qualificatication 12th Pass and Experience Range 1Year to 2Year. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with 6 Working Day during the Shift Type shift.
