We are looking for passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking roadside assistance and related services, ensuring quick, empathetic, and effective resolution of their queries.
Handle incoming customer calls related to roadside assistance.
Coordinate with service providers to arrange timely support for customers.
Provide accurate information and updates regarding services and processes.
Record and update all customer interactions in the system with attention to detail.
Maintain a high level of empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving skills while dealing with customers in stressful situations.
Graduate / Undergraduate with good communication skills.
Prior experience in customer service / call center environment preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to handle pressure and think on feet during emergency calls.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
