Salary: Upto 15k inhand + lunch + pf + esi

Designation: Customer Care Executive (Pharma Warehouse)

Responsibilities:

Handle retailer/customer queries related to orders through email.
Share order status and basic information with customers.
Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, accounts) for issue resolution.
Assist in routing and follow-up of customer payments with the accounts team.
Maintain simple records of customer queries and order details.
Use MS Excel, MS Word, and email for daily operational work.

Eligibility & Skills:

Experience: 0 to 6 year.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.
