We are seeking a candidate with strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in spoken Gujarati and Hindi. As a Tour Guide intern, you will have the opportunity to showcase your public speaking skills while interacting with visitors from diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Guide visitors through the exhibits, providing clear and engaging information about exhibits, history, and key attractions.
2. Interact with visitors to answer questions and address concerns courteously and efficiently.
3. Coordinate with the internal team to manage visitor flow and maintain smooth daily operations.
4. Ensure visitor safety by following guidelines and monitoring activities during tours.
5. Assist in organising group visits, school tours and VIP tours.
6. Collect feedback from guests to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions accordingly.
7. Uphold company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
8. Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors.
