Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Customer Care Executive to manage customer interactions, handle escalations, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries via call, WhatsApp, and email
• Manage and resolve escalations effectively
• Coordinate with service engineers and internal teams
• Track service requests and ensure timely closure
• Maintain customer database and follow-ups
• Train and guide junior customer care executives
Requirements:
• 2 to 5 years experience in customer support / customer care
• Good communication skills (Tamil & English mandatory)
• Strong problem-solving and handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools)
• Experience in service coordination is an added advantage
