Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

  • Explain products or services and generate interest.

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

  • Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.

  • Follow up on leads and prospects regularly.

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

  • Provide feedback on customer trends to the team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluent in [Insert Required Languages, e.g., English, Hindi].

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
