Job Description:

1. Scope of work proposed to be handled:

Service Partner will handle all voice calls from Flipkart (FK) customers, required languages are Hindi and English

All agents shall fluently speak, write and comprehend in English, and Hindi.

Criteria:

1. Excellent communication in English

2. Experience with minimum 1 year experience on paper / Graduate mandatory.

3. Experienced candidates must have minimum 1 year documented experience in any customer service –

BPO/SALES/MARKETING/HOSPITALITY/AVIATION/COUNSELOR)

4. Males and Females should be Comfortable working in 24/7 shifts.

5. Six days working/ rotational off

6. Immediate joining

7. Training is paid / mandatory to clear certification post training.

Screening Rounds:

HR Round

Functional round

Psychometric test

Typing test – 25/90(Minimum)

Voice Versant test – Level 4 Minimum

Salary:

Agent – 18,000K to 21,000 K CTC / Per month basis minimum experience of one year or above.
