Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Care Executives for our Beauty & Wellness team. The role involves handling customer enquiries, assisting customers with information regarding treatments and services, scheduling appointments, and maintaining customer relationships. Candidates should have good communication skills and the ability to provide an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Assist customers with beauty and wellness service information.
• Follow up with interested customers and schedule appointments.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with clinic and operations teams.
