Job Title: Customer Relationship / Project Coordination Executive

Working Conditions:

  • Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

  • Weekly Off: 2nd & 4th Saturday fixed off & Sunday Fix Off

  • Preferred Candidate: Female Only

  • Age: Around 30 years

  • Salary Range:- 20K to 25K Per month

Job Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge and handling of Project APF (Approved Project Financial) approvals with banks.

  • Coordination with customers for sales documentation and loan processing.

  • Preparation and drafting of Agreement for Sale documents.

  • Planning and coordination of Agreement for Sale registration process.

  • Managing and scheduling property registrations.

  • Coordinating with clients for stamp duty payments.

  • Regular follow-up with clients and bankers regarding bank loan disbursement and registration processes.

  • Handling customer grievances, including:

    • Payment-related issues

    • Loan processing issues

    • Unit customization concerns

    • Possession and clearance formalities

  • Coordination with internal teams for:

    • Due and pending instalments

    • Collection updates

    • Processing and filing of all related documents

  • Providing project details and construction updates to customers upon request.

  • Handling possession handover and possession kits.

  • Understanding parking layouts and allocating parking slots to customers.

  • Managing end-to-end agreement processes, including preparation, execution, and registration.

  • Preparing and issuing:

    • Completion Demand Letters

    • Reminder Letters

    • Interest Letters

  • Settling interest-related matters with management approval.
