About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and articulate International Voice Calling Executives to join our Support Team. In this role, you will provide voice-based assistance to global clients using our Shopify apps. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction and solving problems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide voice-based support to international clients using our range of Shopify applications

• Understand client queries and deliver prompt, clear, and effective resolutions

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professional communication

• Document customer interactions and escalate technical issues when required

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and customer experience
  
  

Must-Have Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English

• Prior experience in international voice process or customer support

• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused approach

• Ability to multitask and work effectively during night shifts
  
  

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with Shopify or SaaS-based products

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and ticketing systems
