Job Role: Call Centre Executive (Inbound / Outbound)

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
Assist customers with cab booking, trip details, fares, and packages
Provide accurate information about Red Taxi services
Handle complaints and follow-ups politely
Maintain call quality and customer satisfaction
Update booking details correctly in the system

🔹 Eligibility Criteria:

Any Graduate (Freshers can apply)
Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage)
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Basic computer knowledge
