Customer Care Executive – E-commerce Support

About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team at Dynamic Marketing Solutions. The candidate will handle customer calls, support ecommerce customers, resolve queries, and coordinate internally to ensure a smooth customer experience.
This role is ideal for someone who is polite, patient, responsible, and comfortable speaking with customers on calls.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
Resolve customer queries related to ecommerce orders, delivery, returns, refunds, replacements, and product information.
Manage customer complaints calmly and provide suitable solutions.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow up wherever required.
Share accurate information with customers regarding order status, policies, and issue resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams such as warehouse, logistics, accounts, and marketplace teams for complex issues.
Escalate unresolved or serious complaints to the reporting manager.
Meet daily performance targets related to call handling, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English understanding preferred.
Comfortable handling customer calls.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
Ability to use Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, or order management software will be an advantage.
Patient, polite, and solution-oriented attitude.
Ability to handle pressure and manage angry customers professionally.
Prior experience in ecommerce customer support, telecalling, or customer service will be preferred.
Job Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer care, telecalling, or ecommerce support preferred.
Candidate should be comfortable with 6 days working.
Candidate should be available for day shift.
Must be punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.
