We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Executive to join our team at Dr. Vinod Raina Safe Hand Clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, providing information about clinic services, and ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for all visitors and callers.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and respond to patient queries in a courteous and professional manner

Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar efficiently

Maintain patient records and update databases accurately

Assist patients with check-in/check-out procedures

Coordinate with medical staff for smooth patient service

Provide information about treatments, procedures, and general clinic guidelines

Ensure a welcoming environment for all patients and visitors

Requirements:

Only female candidates aged between 20 to 30 years may apply

Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred)

Good communication skills in English and Hindi

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry)

Pleasant personality with a patient and empathetic approach

Prior experience in healthcare or customer service will be an advantage

Work Timings: 9:30 to 7:30

Salary: As per industry standards
