Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through voice calls, chat, email, or other non-voice channels.

• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers.

• Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.

• Understand customer requirements and resolve issues within the defined process guidelines.

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions.

• Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

• Achieve assigned performance and quality targets.

• Maintain a positive customer experience.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent / Good communication skills in English.

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to communicate professionally with customers.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Good problem-solving ability.
