About the Role:

We're hiring energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our Flipkart chat support team. As a chat support representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via chat.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate or HSC with 1 year of mandatory experience

- Age criteria:

- Experienced candidates: 35 years

- Good communication skills (Versant score of 4 or above)

- Typing speed of 20-25 words per minute

Job Requirements:

- Handle customer chats and resolve issues efficiently

- Meet productivity and quality targets

- Work in a day rotational shift environment

- Utilize knowledge management tools to resolve customer queries
