About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Success Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as the bridge between our customers and internal teams, ensuring that clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding new customers.
Understand customer needs and deliver personalized solutions and guidance.
Monitor customer health and proactively address potential issues.
Manage customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with product, sales, and support teams to resolve customer concerns.
Drive product adoption and engagement through training and continuous education.
Collect feedback and advocate for customer needs to internal teams.
Track customer success metrics and prepare regular reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
0–5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or customer service (freshers may be considered).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
