Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support with 1.5–2+ years of experience in customer service. The role requires handling customer queries across multiple channels , resolving escalations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to resolve queries in a professional and empathetic manner.
Respond to customer queries through voice, email, and chat support, ensuring timely resolution.
Identify recurring issues, share customer insights, and suggest process improvements.
Salary & Benefits:
Take Home Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹29,000 per month/ CTC per month- upto 34K
Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 per month (performance-based)
6 days working (Fixed shift), 1 rotational weekoff.
