Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice + Non-Voice)

Handle customer service for leading E-commerce clients (Chat, Email & Call support).
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner.
Ensure customer satisfaction and meet process SLAs.
Support channels: Voice (Inbound/Outbound), Chat, and Email.
Myntra, Meesho, Teleperformance, BPO background preferred.
Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
Work Mode: On-site
Work Schedule: 6 days working (weekly rotational off, not on Sunday)
Shifts: Between 7 AM to 9 PM (9 hrs/day, weekly roster-based)
Interview Process: 4 Rounds (Single Day)

1 Mock Call Round
Payout Date: 26th of every month (cycle to be confirmed)
Graduation or Plus 2 (Higher Secondary)
4 Openings: English + Kannada + (Tamil or Telugu)
