We are looking for a dedicated and customer-friendly Inbound Telecaller to handle incoming calls and assist customers with their queries. This role involves no sales, no targets, and focuses purely on providing support, information, and resolving customer concerns efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and polite manner
Understand customer queries and provide accurate information or solutions
Handle complaints and escalate issues when necessary
Maintain proper records of calls and customer interactions
Follow company guidelines and communication protocols
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi/English or regional language as required)
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle calls calmly and patiently
Customer-focused attitude
Prior experience in customer service is a plus (not mandatory)
