🔹 Position: Customer Service Executive
🔹 Process: Travel – Voice Support (US Client)
🔹 Location: Udyog Vihar Phase 5, Gurugram
🔹 Experience Required: 1 to 4 years in customer service (preferably voice process)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound calls for US-based customers.
Assist clients with travel-related queries, bookings, and issue resolution.
Ensure high-quality customer interaction and satisfaction.
Shift Timings (Rotational Shifts):
🕖 Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
🕛 Afternoon Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
🌙 Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Important Notes:
🚫 No cab facility provided.
🚕 Travel allowance will be offered to Delhi-based candidates.
💬 Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory.
🎓 Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred.
