About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls from customers.

• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.

• Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.

• Coordinate with internal teams for faster issue resolution.

• Ensure timely follow-up on open requests.

• Meet performance metrics such as CSAT, FCR, AHT, and respons

Requirements:

• 12th Pass / Graduate (Any discipline).

• Prior experience in customer support or call center preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

• Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
