Job Description: Customer Support Associate (Male Candidates only)

Cogent E Services - Indore, Madhya Pradesh

 

Cogent E Services is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team in Indore as Customer Support Associates. We are looking for candidates who possess excellent communication skills and are fluent in Gujarati, along with either English or Hindi. This role involves working in rotational shifts within the operational window of 06:00 AM to 01:00 AM.

 

Key Responsibilities

·         Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently across various communication channels.

 

·         Resolve customer issues, provide accurate information, and offer solutions in a timely manner, primarily using Gujarati and/or English/Hindi.

 

·         Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.

 

·         Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by adhering to service standards and procedures.

 

·         Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.

 

·         Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedural changes.

 

Required Qualifications

 

·         Fluency in Gujarati and/or English is mandatory.

 

·         Proficiency in either English or Hindi (both is an advantage).

 

·         Prior experience in a Customer Support/Call Center environment is a plus, but freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

 

·         Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma or Graduation(but must not pursue any degree).

 

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills.

 

·         Excellent listening, problem-solving, and de-escalation skills.

 

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

 

·         Must be willing and able to work in rotational shifts (between 06:00 AM and 02:00 AM).
