Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and concerns through calls, emails, or chats.
Provide accurate information and excellent customer support.
Maintain a professional and courteous approach while interacting with customers.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow company processes and quality standards.
Required Skills
Good verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Details
Shift Timing: 1:00 PM to 10:30 PM (UK Shift)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Weekends Off
