Job Description

# Customer Support Executive – Tender Industry Location: Kankaria, Maninagar, Ahmedabad ### Key Responsibili•ies Conduct •product/website demos•• to customers and explain available tender ser•ices. Take •customer feedback•• and understand their requir•ments. Handle customer queries and provide timely reso•utions. Follow up with customers for profile activation, subscription and service requir•ments. Assist customers with •account/profile activation and basic website-related •ueries••. Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers and ensure good customer •xperience. Coordinate with the internal team to resolve customer issues. ##• Requirements 1–2 years of experience in •Customer Support / Telecalling / Client Handl•ng•• preferred. Good communication and c•nvincing skills. Basic computer and MS•Office knowledge. Customer-focused and •ood at follow-ups. Experience with tender portals/websites will be an added advantage. Salary: Good Salary + Performance Incentives Location: Kankaria, Maninagar, Ahmedabad
