Job Description

Immediate Hiring for Sr.Analyst in BPO

Salary: 30K CTC

Key Responsibilities:

•Work on different projects

•Survey callings - regarding bank transfer and they do the changes in the Cred app

•Feedback callings - once they offer for processing fees (calling up customers and find out whether they are satisfied or not)

•These projects might be given to them on different projects of CRED

•They'll be the Acting Quality and Trainer ( will have to Audit the calls and has to rectify the errors)

•Will be the Acting Trainer - (Will have to Train the Agents on the absence of the Trainer)

Qualification:

Proven experience as a Customer Service Executive / Sales / Collections Specialist in BPO sector for min 2-3 years

Excellent communication in English and Hindi

Graduate is a must.

Location: Mathikere Bangalore
