Job Title: Customer Service Associate – E-commerce Support

Job Role:
Handling customer support through Chat, Email & Voice (calls)
Resolving queries related to E-commerce platforms (Myntra, Meesho, Teleperformance, BPO exposure preferred)
Ensuring customer satisfaction with prompt and accurate responses
Work Details:
Working Days: 6 days a week (weekly rotational off, not on Sunday)
Shift Timing: 7 AM – 9 PM (9 hours working as per weekly roster)
Location: Koramangala

Education: Graduation / Plus 2
Languages Required:
English + Kannada + (Tamil / Telugu) – 4 openings
English + Hindi + (Bengali / Marathi) – 4 openings
