Job Title: Customer Service Associate – E-commerce Support

Experience Required: 6 months – 2 years

Salary: ₹3 – ₹3.5 LPA (Fixed) + 10% Compensation Bracket

Job Role:

• Handling customer support through Chat, Email & Voice (calls)

• Resolving queries related to E-commerce platforms (Myntra, Meesho, Teleperformance, BPO exposure preferred)

• Ensuring customer satisfaction with prompt and accurate responses

Work Details:

• Working Days: 6 days a week (weekly rotational off, not on Sunday)

• Shift Timing: 7 AM – 9 PM (9 hours working as per weekly roster)

• Location: Koramangala

• Perks: Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Snacks provided

Eligibility:

• Education: Graduation / Plus 2

• Languages Required:

  1. English + Kannada + (Tamil / Telugu) – 4 openings

  2. English + Hindi + (Bengali / Marathi) – 4 openings

Interview Process: (All rounds on the same day)

1. Face-to-Face Interview – 3 Rounds

2. Mock Call Round
