Manage order tracking, feedback, returns, and refunds as per company policy.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures.
Gather customer feedback and report trends to management.
