📞 Job Description — Customer Care Executive (Vodafone Idea Process)

We are hiring a Customer Care Executive for the Vodafone Idea (Vi) process. The ideal candidate should be confident, customer-focused, and able to handle queries with patience and clarity.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound & outbound customer calls

  • Resolve customer queries related to Vi services, plans, billing, and network issues

  • Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Maintain call records & follow communication guidelines

  • Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when needed

🔹 Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months – 1 year experience in customer support (freshers with good communication can also apply)

  • Good Hindi & basic English communication skills

  • Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with telecom services is a plus

🔹 Salary

  • ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 (depending on experience)
