• Job Role:

  • Handle doctor appointments and assist in resolving customer queries and concerns.

  • Deliver a professional and customer-centric experience over digital platforms and calls.

  • Working Hours:

    • Day Shifts only

    • Shift Timings: Between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (rotational shifts within this range)

    Week Off:

    • Rotational Week Off

      Salary:

      • ₹15,000 – ₹16,000 per month

      • No PF deductions
