Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound / outbound customer calls or chats
Resolve customer queries related to products/services
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Provide timely and effective solutions to customer concerns

Escalate complex issues to the concerned team

Good communication skills (Hindi & Basic English)
