What You'll Do

As a Visa Executive, your main tasks will be:

• Talking to clients on calls and emails.

• Understanding what clients need for their visas and guiding them through the process.

• Sending quotes for visa requirements and following up.

• Checking all necessary documents for the visa and helping clients with any questions.

• Processing visa applications.

• Coordinating with embassies or consulates.

• Handling all documentation.

• Doing necessary follow-ups.
