🕒 Working Days & Timings: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
💰 Salary: Up to ₹2.40 LPA
🎓 Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory)
👩💼👨💼 Eligibility: Fresher / 6 Months – 1 Year Experience (Male & Female Both Can Apply)
🔹 Role Overview:
Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling inbound & outbound customer interactions across Calls, Emails, and Chat while maintaining high service quality and achieving defined KPIs.
📌 Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):
✔ Handling Inbound & Outbound Calls professionally
✔ Managing customer queries via Email & Chat support
✔ Providing accurate information related to loans & financial products
✔ Maintaining CRM records and updating customer interactions
✔ Ensuring quick resolution with high customer satisfaction
✔ Coordination with internal teams for escalations & closures

⭐ AHT (Average Handling Time) & Response TAT
