Job Responsibilities
• Handle customer queries related to orders, products, deliveries and services.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Handle customer interactions through voice/chat/email, depending on the assigned process.
• Follow process guidelines, SOPs and quality standards.
• Maintain excellent customer service and achieve defined productivity and quality targets.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
Candidate Requirements
