Role Summary:

As a Chat/Email Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues efficiently through chat and email. Your role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing the overall service experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Prior experience in Chat or Email Support (mandatory).

Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.
