Customer Care Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

• Prepare and present quotations or proposals to customers.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

• Handle customer complaints or concerns efficiently and professionally.

• Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and market trends.

• Contribute to store visual merchandising and product displays.

• Generate new leads through walk-ins, referrals, and outbound calls.
