Job Description:
Banksathi, seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Customer Support Executive proficient in Hindi to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in financial products(loans/credit card/insurance) and possess excellent communication skills in Hindi. The primary responsibility will be to promote and sell credit card products to potential customers, meeting sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:
Hiring for 12th pass or Undergraduate or pursuing graduation
Key Responsibilities:
Support customers through calls and messages.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Provide accurate information about listed financial products, features, and benefits to customers.
Assist customers in completing the application process and ensure all necessary documentation is obtained for any product.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with the internal team and other departments to achieve overall company objectives.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements:
6 months of experience in financial products support or sales but not necessary (credit card , personal loan, insurance etc).
Fluent in Hindi with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to influence customer decisions.
Customer-oriented approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of banking and financial products is preferred.
