Role: Escalation Handling Executive
Location: Bhopal (Onsite)
Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Process: Inbound & Outbound – E-Commerce
Experience: Fresher/Experienced both can apply

Ayodhya Bypass, Bhopal
(Candidates must be willing to relocate.)
Important Note:
Candidate must have good communication skills in English.
Profiles without strong English communication will not be considered.
• Handle escalated customer calls (orders, refunds, returns, delivery issues)
• Provide quick and accurate resolutions
• Coordinate with internal teams for case closure
• Maintain CRM updates and case notes
• Ensure timely resolution as per TAT
• Identify recurring issues and share insights
• Excellent English and Hindi communication
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Basic computer knowledge
• E-commerce process knowledge is a plus
