Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our IT company. This role
involves providing exceptional technical support and customer service to our clients,
handling inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
platforms
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate
technical teams
Document all customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in our ticketing
system
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily
Maintain and update customer information in our database
Collaborate with technical teams to improve product documentation and FAQs
Generate regular reports on customer service metrics and KPIs
Participate in training sessions to stay current with product updates and features
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field (Technical
background preferred)
1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in an IT or software environment
Proficient in using help desk software and CRM systems
Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Microsoft Office Suite
Remote desktop applications
Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS)
