1. Conduct thorough checks of the mall's facilities and services before opening, including:
- Basement parking area
- Common areas and restrooms
- Mall lighting, air conditioning, and water features
- Escalators, elevators, and travelators
- Telecommunication systems, internet, and public address setup
2. Monitor retailer store hours and address any late openings or concerns
3. Manage customer feedback and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions
5. Collaborate with mall management and other teams to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach
6. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries, and offering assistance as needed.
