Eligibility Criteria:
Any Graduate / Undergraduate
Minimum 6 months BPO experience (International Voice preferred)
Good communication skills in English
Versant Score: B2 / C1
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers
Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently
Maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction
Follow company policies and procedures
Coordinate with internal teams when required
Salary & Benefits:
CTC: ₹32000– ₹35,000
Shift Allowance: ₹180 per night shift
Cab Facility:
One-sided cab for females during odd hours
Night shifts available for males
Working Details:
Working Days: 5.5 days a week
Shifts: Rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs
Incentive / Payout (Vendor):
1–3 joinings: ₹8,000 per candidate
4 or more joinings: ₹11,000 per candidate
Lock-in Period: 90 days
