We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience through calls, emails, and chats.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer complaints, queries, and service requests
Provide accurate information about products and services
Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required
Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality standards
Minimum qualification: Graduate
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English/Hindi)
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Ability to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
Strong problem-solving abilities
Active listening and empathy
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Prior customer support or BPO experience is a plus
