Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
Respond to customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly.
Provide accurate information about products/services.
Maintain customer records by updating details in the system.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality support.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets related to call handling and service quality.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language as required].
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
Ability to work in rotational shifts (day/evening).
Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
