Experience Required
1 to 5 years of experience
Previous experience in Educational Institutions / Academy / Consultancy sectors will be highly preferred
Salary
₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month
(Based on experience and communication skills)

Inbound & Outbound Calling
Cold Calling & Lead Follow-ups
Admission Counselling & Student Coordination
Handling Walk-ins and Enquiries
Customer Relationship Management
Maintaining call records and follow-up data
Providing excellent customer support and communication

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to handle targets and follow-ups
