Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives to join our dynamic team. If you have excellent communication skills and are fluent in English along with Tamil, Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, or Malayalam, we’d love to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls.

• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.

• Maintain customer records and follow up as needed.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Report issues and feedback to team leads.


Requirements:

Minimum education: PUC (12th pass)

Good communication skills in English and regional languages (Tamil/Malayalam/Kannada/Hindi/Telugu).

• Basic computer knowledge is a plus.

• Customer-centric attitude.

• Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.

Job Details:

Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday Off)

Working Hours: 9 hours per day (including break)

Job Location: GB Palya, Bangalore
Salary Range: 14,500 – 17,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
