We are hiring a Female Customer Care Executive for our Noida Sector 2 office. The candidate will handle customer queries, provide product/service information, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain customer records and update databases.
Follow up with customers for feedback and service updates.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
Maintain a positive and polite communication tone at all times.
Female candidates only.
Minimum Qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email).
Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in customer support / telecalling preferred.
