We are seeking a Shiprocket Backend & Calling Executive to manage daily order processing and customer coordination for our e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with customer calling.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage orders on Shiprocket backend
Generate shipping labels and coordinate courier pickups
Track shipments and update delivery status
Handle RTO, NDR, and delivery-related issues
Call customers for order confirmation and address verification
Resolve basic customer queries related to orders and delivery
Maintain order records and daily reports
Coordinate with internal team for smooth dispatch operations
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of Shiprocket or e-commerce order processing
Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
Comfortable with customer calling
Basic computer knowledge (Excel / system entries)
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
