We are hiring for Customer Care Executives for Noida.
Respond to all incoming customer calls regarding accounts, banking products, portfolio services, and transactions.
• Provide clear, accurate, and timely information to customers.
• Manage call queues efficiently and meet daily call handling targets.
• Log all customer interactions into CRM systems accurately.
• Resolve customer concerns on the first call whenever possible.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Assist with account updates, portfolio inquiries, and digital platform navigation.
• Maintain compliance with verification, KYC/AML, and data protection policies.
